Each session is 60 minutes long and is led by a therapist covering a variety of topics, including identity shifts, the myth of the perfect parent, loneliness, guilt, attachment, birth trauma, and relationships.
The aim is to allow new parents to connect with other parents, gain some coping skills and learn about local community supports and services.
Sessions are designed to be relaxed, welcoming, and baby-friendly. There is no expectation that your baby will sit quietly throughout!

Anything you and your baby need to feel comfortable!
Blankets, toys, nut-free snacks, playmats, and even bouncer chairs are all welcome.
This is a baby-friendly space, and you're encouraged to care for your little one however you need to throughout the session. Whether that means feeding, babywearing, cuddling, changing, playing, or helping your baby nap, it's all welcome.
There is no expectation for babies to sit quietly or follow a schedule.

Not at all.
While group discussion and connection are encouraged, sharing is always voluntary. You're welcome to participate at whatever level feels comfortable.
Our goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where everyone feels respected, and that includes respect for those who would rather not share.
