Cynthia Di Prospero (she/her) is a mom of three (ages 4, 2, and 1) who recently made the move to Aurora. She's passionate about helping people feel more connected to themselves and others, and brings both professional training and a healthy dose of real-life experience navigating the beautiful chaos of being a parent.

Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master’s of Science in Neuroscience, and a Master’s of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She has additional training in neurodiversity, play therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Before kids, you could find Cynthia hiking with her dog, playing video games, or leisurely sipping a coffee while wandering the farmers' market. These days, she's more likely to be found at the rec centre, playground, or play place, chasing after her three little ones, with the occasional farmers' market visit squeezed in, wagon full of kids in tow. ☕️

Cynthia is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO Registration No. 10943) and works under the supervision of Paula Bell (RSW, RP).

Her practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodiversity-affirming.
